Once again, Jonathan Crane opened the cafe after dark. He was, admittedly, rushed, but a promise was a promise.

Hopefully, Drake wouldn't mind the choice of film. It wasn't terribly well-known, but the way it used the medium to alert a viewer to the limitations of perspective seemed intriguing.

Drake was almost certain this was a "chick flick". However, if Talia wanted to watch it, he would show it. Even if he was not meant to enjoy it.

Laying out little bowls of ice cream, he settled into his seat and pressed 'play'.

Drake hoped Dr Crane was here to see this film. It was a very strange choice, he thought, but he did not want to offend the good doctor.

He had prepared the usually treats and now sat down to view the film.

Drake was completely disorganised this week - the chairs were wonky and the popcorn was burned. He had completely forgotten about Movie Night! Still, he hoped that Ryan would like it.

He set up the projector and prepared the DVD, sitting back and pressing play.
